5. Permitted Use
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You are permitted to:

- Participate in webinars and interactive sessions you have registered for
- Download materials expressly made available for download
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

- Harass, threaten, or harm other users or participants
- Record, redistribute, or rebroadcast live or recorded webinar sessions without authorization
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our express written consent
7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, video recordings, presentations, logos, and software, is the exclusive property of Domain or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in such content.
7.2 Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
7.3 User Submissions
If you submit any content, questions, comments, or feedback through the Platform, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and improving the Platform. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14. Termination
